A new procedure for the provision of psychiatric medical care begins to operate in Russia

25 medical and psychological counseling rooms have already been opened in the city’s polyclinics. Also, the corresponding reception is carried out on the basis of ten psychoneurological dispensaries and two specialized departments of specialized hospitals.

“From July 1, 14 more offices will be opened in stages. Posts of medical psychologists have been introduced. Systematic attention will be paid to veterans of the Special Military Operation and their families,” Governor Alexander Beglov said at a meeting of the Council with the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Northwestern Federal District.
