В рамках участия на Форуме были проведены деловые встречи и переговоры для дальнейшего сотрудничества. Команда проекта познакомилась с производителями медицинской техники, изделий медицинского назначения, представителями практической медицины, бизнеса и многими другими участниками.

Our team wants to share their impressions of the trip to the scientific and practical forum Russian Healthcare Week 2023, which took place in Moscow from December 4–8, 2023.
First, I would like to say a few words about the event itself. The international scientific and practical forum “Russian Healthcare Week” is one of the largest comprehensive projects in the field of medicine and health care, covering almost the entire industry, including equipment production, science and practical medicine.

We went to healthcare week in order to learn from the experience of our colleagues, as well as get to know its participants and invite them to take part in our XII St. Petersburg International Health Forum PMFZ-2024, which will be held next year.
As part of our team’s participation at the Forum, business meetings were held and contacts were exchanged for further cooperation. We met various representatives of the wholesale trade and supply of medical equipment and medical products, manufacturers of medical equipment and medical products, doctors, representatives of practical medicine, business representatives and many other participants who share our passion for the development of medicine and improving the quality of life of patients.
After talking with exhibition specialists, we came to some conclusions and noted important details, pains and wishes of participants, which will help us conduct a better analysis of the industry and specialists and make our PMFZ even better and larger next year!
We invited the Forum participants to come visit us in the city of St. Petersburg next year and take part in PMFZ-2024, where they will be able to meet industry representatives from our city and other guest regions and exchange experiences; establish business connections and channels for promoting your areas of activity.
As part of the program for modernizing primary healthcare, which is part of the national project “Healthcare”, 824 units of equipment have been delivered to the city’s clinics in St. Petersburg since the beginning of the year. A total of 852 units are planned to be introduced by the end of the year. Chairman of the Health Committee Dmitry Lisovets spoke about this.
The Nevsky (127 units introduced), Frunzensky (197 units introduced) and Vasileostrovsky districts (87) received the most new medical equipment this year.
Recently, new X-ray equipment was received at clinic No. 76 in the Kalininsky district. The device allows for a variety of x-ray examinations and has high resolution.
Since the beginning of the year, Polyclinic 23 of the Kirov District has acquired 18 types of modern medical equipment. These are x-ray diagnostic devices, a steam sterilizer, a Holter heart rate monitoring device, surgical operating tables and more.
Next year, the program for modernizing clinics will continue: district administrations have begun contracting for equipment and major repairs for the next 2024.
В рамках Петербургского международного форума «Здоровье -2023» состоялась научно-практическая конференция «Военная медицина ХХI века»
Участники конференции познакомились с результатами новейших исследований в области военной медицины и направлениях перспективных разработок в интересах Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации.
5 октября в Экспофоруме в рамках «Петербургского международного форума «Здоровье-2023» состоялась научно-практическая конференция «Военная медицина ХХI века», подготовленная научно-исследовательским центром Военно-медицинской академии им. С.М. Кирова. Конференцию открыл заместитель начальника Военно-медицинской академии имени С.М. Кирова по научной работе доктор медицинских наук полковник медицинской службы Евгений Ивченко, который в приветственном слове отметил, что темы докладов, которые будут представлены на конференции сейчас актуальны как никогда и пожелал участникам плодотворной работы.
В конференции приняли участие ведущие медицинские специалисты академии, главные медицинские специалисты Министерства обороны Российской Федерации, хирурги, терапевты, а также ученые, чьи исследования и разработки применяются не только в современной практике военных и гражданских врачей, но и способствуют укреплению обороноспособности страны в целом.
Три секции конференции были посвящены различным актуальным и проблемным вопросам военной медицины.
В первой части конференции «Организация военного здравоохранения», выступавшие сделали ряд докладов о современных взглядах на организацию военного здравоохранения в условиях гибридных войн. С докладом на эту тему выступил, заведующий кафедрой управления военным здравоохранением филиала Военно-медицинской академии имени С.М.Кирова, д.м.н., профессор, член-корреспондент РАН Александр Фисун. Исторический анализ развития форм применения сил и средств медицинского обеспечения войск (сил) сделал исполняющий обязанности кафедры организации и тактики медицинской службы доктор медицинских наук, подполковник медицинской службы Андрей Жуков. Ряд докладов был посвящен влиянию медико-географических особенностей районов базирования сил и войск Военно-морского флота на медицинское обеспечение, применению современных технологий для кислородообеспечения чрезвычайных и экстремальных ситуаций, развитию системы качества обеспечения медицинским имуществом и др. Несколько докладов представили военнослужащие иностранных армий, обучающиеся в адьюнктуре.
Вторая секция была посвящена проблемным вопросам военной хирургии и терапии. Начальник кафедры военно-полевой хирургии доктор медицинских наук профессор, полковник медицинской службы Вадим Бадалов сделал доклад об уроках оказания помощи раненым в современных войнах нового типа. Кроме того, сотрудники клиник военно-полевой хирургии, военно-полевой терапии, нейрохирургии и адьюнкты академии сделали сообщения о новых технологиях дополненной реальности применяемых в ходе хирургической обработки черепно-мозговых ранений. Участники конференции получили новейшую информацию об особенностях метаболизма костной ткани у военнослужащих уникальных военных специальностей и риске развития острого повреждения почек после выполнения хирургических вмешательств.
Третья секция была полностью посвящена месту и роли научных исследований в развитии военной медицины. В докладах были затронуты вопросы перспектив использования адъювантных компонентов для тканеинженерных конструкций, физиологических критериев оценки выполнения военнослужащими задач по предназначению в горных условиях, изучению особенностей поражения современными взрывными боеприпасами для оптимизации защитных свойств средств индивидуальной бронезащиты и другие важные вопросы.
К участию в конференции, которая проводится уже в пятый раз, были приглашены организаторы военного здравоохранения, врачи-терапевты, хирурги, эпидемиологи, токсикологи, специалисты по фармации, провизоры, анестезиологи-реаниматологи. Актуальная информация, полученная на конференции, позволила участникам мероприятия составить представление о современных взглядах на организацию военного здравоохранения в условиях гибридных войн и проведения специальной военной операции. Кроме того, присутствующие в зале получили актуальную информацию об организации оказания помощи раненым и пораженным на этапах медицинской эвакуации для составления алгоритмов диагностики и лечения современной боевой хирургической и терапевтической патологии, а также применить полученную информацию при оказании медицинской помощи и обучения личного состава в соответствии с современными представлениями о боевой травме. Участники конференции узнали о результатах новейших исследований в области военной медицины и направлениях перспективных разработок в интересах Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации.

The participants discussed psychological support for healthcare and the professional community of medical psychologists, as well as the introduction of neuropsychological assistance.
Psychological assistance for traumatic stress, including support for SVO participants and their families, became a current agenda.
The current agenda included the work of military psychologists, psychological assistance for traumatic stress, as well as support for military military training participants and their families.
New tasks and target groups of medical and psychological care offices were considered.
